Where is my order?
Thank you for your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You then must allow shipping time from the date of dispatch - within the UK it is up to 15 working days and outside the UK it is up to 30 working days. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please get in touch.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We are very sorry but we cannot change your order after it is placed as it is already being processed for dispatch. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
