How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following methods of payment Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Paypal and American express. All orders need to be placed online

I still do not know where my order is?

Thank you for your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You then must allow the standard shipping time from the date of dispatch - within the UK please allow 15 working days and outside the UK it is up to 35 working days. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please get in touch.

How long does orders take?

My payment card has been debited but I have not received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days UK or 35 working days international, please use the contact form and send us your details. Or alternatively please call our customer Service team on 0330 111 0032 between 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.

When will my payment be debited from my payment card?

Your payment is debited immediately once the order has been placed.

I have received my order and the item is faulty. What do I do?

What countries do you ship to?

How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched in 5 working days.

Is my parcel tracked?

All UK orders are given a tracking number which is via royal mail or DPD. International standard shipping will not be provided a tracking number, if you wish for your order to be tracked please select international tracked and signed method.

What are the Customer Service Opening hours?

How do I use an offer/discount code?

On the checkout page, there is a box ‘Do you have a voucher code?’ input your code and click ADD this should then amend your basket total. All of our discount codes have a valid from and a valid to date.

How do I return my item?

How do I become a blogger?

Can I amend the delivery option for my order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team on 0330 111 0032 between 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday. Please note this can only be done if your order has not been dispatched.

Can I change what I have ordered?

We are able to amend orders if your order has not been despatched. To do this please call us on 0330 111 0032 between our opening hours of 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.

Why am I getting charged custom charges?

If you are outside the EU, 0% tax is being charged as you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).TAM Beauty has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

When will an item be back in stock?

Are your products tested on animals?
